COMFORT EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
The Oxygen Pillow has a very unique design and may take a few nights to get accustomed to, consequently, we recommend that you sleep on the pillow at least 5 nights before considering an exchange or return.
If after that time, should you like to exchange the pillow for a different size/firmness level, we are happy to exchange it.
10 DAY COMFORT EXCHANGES:
Please contact us at info@atteberrymorgan.com within 10 days of receiving your Oxygen Pillow and we will send you a return label and mail you a different size pillow. Please include a copy of your receipt and instructions regarding the size pillow you would like to receive in exchange.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
If you would like to return your Oxygen Pillow for a refund, please follow instructions above. Refunds are allowed only if the pillow is shipped within 10 days of receiving the item.
PLEASE NOTE:
- With any refund, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Item must be returned in like-new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.

CARE
Spot clean. We do not recommend dry cleaning, or machine washing . Air fluff on no heat to remove odors and dead skin cells.
